CCND Application Instructions

Membership dues for CCND are $35.00/yr which includes your spouse and family. The yearly dues also includes your subscription to the monthly club newsletter, Vettester.

To join, simply complete the application form below and hit the submit button. You will be automatically redirected to another page where you may pay your CCND yearly dues online through PayPal. If you do not wish to pay dues online your dues payment can than be made either by mailing payment in to the address below or in person at the next club meeting
Current Members: if you have no changes from the previous year, it is not necessary to fill out the application form!
